本科研团队由澳大利亚南昆士兰大学教授、浙江省高层次特聘教授、嘉兴学院中澳先进材料与制造研究院名誉院长、Composites Part B:Engineering主编王浩教授担任负责人。王浩教授带领的团队获得澳大利亚研究理事会(ARC)基金支持在研项目6项,项目总金额大于200万澳元。其在Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Macromolecules, Composites Science and Technology, Cement and Concrete Research等国际期刊上发表论文200余篇,引用次数9000余次,h因子51。王教授与中国、英国、美国等多个国家国际知名科学家都有紧密的科研合作。
